The story behind Joey G goes something like this…. As a boy Joseph a.k.a. Joey G would love to cook with grand mom. When Joey G decided to make this his career he chose Johnson & Wales College, a prestigious culinary arts school.
Joey G garnered his culinary and hospitality experience by working for Disney World, Hilton Hotels, and Hershey Hotels as an Executive Chef. With the desire to have a diversified daily touch Joey G opened his catering operation in 1988. He started out as “Creative Cuisine”, a gourmet deli and off premise caterer. With an eye for a new challenge and every event being a little different he continued to evolve by doing special events and running an upscale catering business for weddings and special events.
In 1995 Joey G took over The Brick Hotel in Newtown where he received many accolades for “Best of Bucks” and excellent Zagat survey reviews.
Today Joey G has evolved into a trend-setting caterer where no challenge is too great. His philosophy is to try to create an experience that separates him from the pack. Whether a seasonal menu or a themed party we will add our theatrical yet sophisticated touch.
